The Mind Behind
Kurtz Wellness


Kurtz Wellness was founded and is led by Arliss Kurtz, a registered social worker and certified yoga teacher who wanted to bring mental and physical healing together in one space. What began as a small idea to connect therapy with movement has grown into a full wellness practice that helps people find balance, clarity, and peace.
Through social work, clients explore emotions, life patterns, and personal growth in a supportive environment. Through yoga, they reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and learn tools to calm the mind. Together, these practices create a path toward deep healing and lasting change.
Arliss continues to guide every part of Kurtz Wellness with compassion and purpose, creating a safe and welcoming space for clients to heal and grow from the inside out.
