The Mind Behind
Kurtz Wellness

Arliss Kurtz, RYT 500, is a registered yoga teacher and social worker in clinical practice who blends mindfulness, movement, and mental wellness in her classes. Drawing on Raja Yoga and over 30-years of experience in mental health, she offers a grounded, supportive approach that helps students build resilience, restore balance, and connect more deeply with themselves.
