Kurtz Yoga
Arliss Kurtz, RYT 500, is a registered yoga teacher and clinical social worker who blends mindfulness, movement, and mental wellness in her classes. Drawing on Raja Yoga and over 35 years of experience in mental health, she offers a grounded, supportive approach that helps students build resilience, restore balance, and connect more deeply with themselves.
