Kurtz Wellness Return and Cancellation Policy

At Kurtz Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. Our goal is to maintain fairness and respect for everyone’s time while keeping the scheduling process smooth and simple.

Yoga Classes and Wellness Sessions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or session may be rescheduled or refunded upon request.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund, as your spot has been reserved and cannot be filled on short notice.

If you miss a class or session without notice, the payment will be forfeited. However, if you contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice, we are happy to help you reschedule for another available date or class.

Social Work Appointments

Due to the professional and individualized nature of counselling sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is also required for cancellations or changes. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a full session fee, except in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

Workshops and Special Events

Registrations for workshops or events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or applied to a future offering, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours before the start time.
